As CEO of Capital Farm Credit, I have the privilege of leading a mission-driven organization dedicated to agriculture and rural communities. With over 30 years in banking, regulation, and financial services, I bring a deep understanding of both the industry and the people we serve. Since joining CFC in 2010, I’ve worked to foster a culture grounded in our core values—commitment, trust, value, and family. Our vision is to be the partner of choice for rural lending, and I believe that starts with strong leadership, clear purpose, and outstanding people. A CPA and U.S. Army veteran, I hold a BS in Accounting and an MBA. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my wife and two daughters at our ranch outside Austin—staying connected to the people and purpose that inspire the work we do at CFC.
