Our HUD programs finance acquisitions, refinances, new construction and substantial rehab and offer 83-95% financing and fixed rates for 35-40 years. In addition, BLC has well-developed relationships with institutional lenders throughout the country, and aggressively leverages those relationships to provide flexible financing for office, retail, industrial, and other property types. Founded in 1991, the company has funded over $3 billion in closings.The company is comprised of Senior Lenders and Industry Specialists who average 30 years of lending and consulting experience. By blending our experience with the programs, we are able to develop strategies which maximize financing for our clients. We start each assignment by carefully evaluating our clients\' goals and then complete a comprehensive financial analysis that compares and contrasts all finance options. Each loan is then underwritten and managed by a Senior Partner to ensure timely closings.
