   Managed relationships with 3PL service providers globally as well as multiple other logistics partners including freight forwarders, parcel, LTL and TL carriers while growing business collaboration with the providers.• Initiated and managed process of negotiating contracted rates with all logistics partners including air, ocean, LTL, TL and parcel globally. Provided full analysis of rate comparisons during negotiations. Negotiations resulted in over $15M of savings.• Served as Key Member and project manager of the Global Logistics team, responsible for over $27M in continuous improvement project savings for years 2011 thru 2017. Utilized lean tools to identify and implement projects resulting in over $5M savings in 2011,$6M savings in 2012,$4M savings in 2013,$5.5M in 2014,$5.3M in 2015,$3.2M in 2016 and close to $2M in 2017.• Designed and implemented consolidated shipments for service parts returns from Canada, resulting in approximately 33% savings in transportation costs.• Designed and implemented North America cross dock shipping network to substantially reduce transportation costs and product damage claims. Damage claims reduced by 30% and resulting savings was over $2M annually.• Worked with 3PL team to implement international parcel heavyweight program to drive down international airfreight transportation costs by over $600K on $2M spend.• Successfully managed product family with direct shipments consolidation process, resulting in approximately $100K+ savings of transportation costs. Worked with IT to automate similar process for remaining direct shipments outbound GSO distribution center, resulting in savings of $300K+.• Worked through the DMAIC process on a lean Six Sigma Black Belt project for all shipments outbound from the Greensboro Distribution Center. Assisted 3PL warehouse provider in consolidating shipments moving outbound from the distribution center. Project resulted in savings of over $500K.
