I lead REI’s Analytics Capability, and REI\'s Consulting practice, with a focus on civilian agencies. Current roles include assisting GSA and OMB to evaluate FITARA submissions by 24 CFO Act agencies, and working to establish a robust shared service marketplace for data centers - identifying potential shared service providers, potential customers, service models, financial model, transaction platform, and strategic communications.
