Global Process Standardization: Process development that drives consistency and efficiency across Celestica globally and that aligns with GBS templates and methods\\\\n\\\\nContinuous Improvement Program: Formal structure, processes and tools to drive Continuous Improvement across GBS through initiatives such as Gemba, Thinkstorm it and support of Value\\\\n\\\\nService Management Frameworks: Management systems to create and manage SLAs and OLAs and overall client experience. Includes internal dashboard (Power BI) and external dashboard (Google Forms)\\\\n\\\\nGlobal Learning Program: GBS Training strategy, planning, customized Module Development (e.g, Service Experience and Leadership focus for 2017) and E2E curriculums to drive our GBS culture and business priorities\\\\n\\\\nRobotic Process Automation: Manage and integrate the RPA solution – technical and process design, development, test, deployment and post production support in run mode\\\\n\\\\nProgram Management: Manage the GBS Program Plan activities – manage risks and issues, report on status, escalate and mitigate as required\\\\n\\\\nBusiness Development: Pursue expanded GBS services within Celestica’s functions (e.g, HR, Finance, Supply Chain)\\\\n\\\\nKnowledge Management Strategy and deployment: Design, develop, roll out and manage knowledge management capabilities for GBS globally for all GBS documentation (e.g, training materials, Process Docs and Flows, Desktop Procedures)\\\\n\\\\nBusiness Controls Liason: Drive methods and tools and that will drive minimal audit/compliance issues and corporate confidence in GBS Business Controls\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
