About Jeff Muratides
Tony Robbins has said “Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach.” As a leader, it is important that I remain flexible, but ensure my team and I remain committed to our goals, our organizational objectives and our decisions. As you will see detailed in my experience below, I have enjoyed a successful career in the United States Air Force, where I achieved the highest enlisted rank of Chief Master Sergeant, something only the top 1% of the Air Force achieves. As I prepare to launch the next chapter of my career, I would like to leverage the operations leadership experience I have gained that encompass human resources, strategic planning, logistics and supply chain planning and resource management. I am known as an innovator. I am unafraid of trying new methods, championing process improvements and taking on underperforming teams or organizations. I approach each challenge with an open mind to new methods and processes so that me can adjust our tactics to meet the needs of changing situations and be open to innovative process improvements. I will be completing my service commitment to the Air Force in May of 2022 and will be looking to launch the next phase of my career.
