   Senior Industrial Designer responsible for the mobility and storage category-Define, design and develop new products for the historic, dynamic and expanding brand-Responsible for the development of new products that resonate with our customers, bring joy, value, and help expand the Stanley product portfolio-Responsible for the development of new brand categories that introduce new materials and constructions, new product types, and represent our brand history and values-Designed and developed the All Day Collection of products including the Quencher Carry All, the Julienne Mini Cooler, and Madeleine Midi Cooler Backpack. This collection launched successfully in 2024 and has won two design awards including a GOOD DESIGN® Award and Core77 honorable mention-The All Day Collection introduced a new product category (soft coolers), a new material (TPU coated fabric), a new manufacturing technology (RF welding), and a new lifestyle point-of-view to the 112 year old brand. This collection of products helps the brand expand beyond drinkware into the world of soft-goods in an authentic and natural way-Support, develop and grow a culture of creators, builders and inventors to help our brand expand its product range, customer base and cultural relevance. This is done through nurturing a creative culture built on creativity, sharing, trust and humility-Developed a robust and comprehensive three year strategy for Stanley product expansion including several new products within my first year
