Review of the TCW MBDA Portfolio from a Project Controls & Commercial perspective. Independent Estimate at Completion of the Carrier Programme supporting PR-ICE. Instructor to DE & S Commercial Staff on their Cost & Pricing Assessment Course (CPAC). Price Investigation of Weapons Test & Evaluation CAT A Programme. Cost Engineering SME & Technical Coach supporting the MODs costing function. In contract performance assurance on the QEC Carrier Programme using EVM assessment. UK Shipyard future rates investigation. Successful challenge of the Aircraft Carrier\'s risk contingency during the £6.2Bn re-baseline negotiations.
