I have experience in plant and field operations, project management, quality program management (including Six Sigma), operations management, procurement (sourcing) management, financial (P&L) management, and executive management. I hold certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt, and have had extensive experience in process improvement and process management.Although I have developed a significant technical background, my true passion is with the \"people\" side of the businesses I have worked in.
