Jeff is a Vice President and Principal with more than 30 years of experience in water resources engineering. He is responsible for the management, technical analyses, design, and quality control of the water resources team. Throughout his career, Jeff had been responsible for more than $16M in studies and more than $500M in public works drainage and flood control infrastructure projects throughout Arizona. Jeff applies his ingenuity and problem solving skills to challenging flood control and drainage issues adding further value to his clients’ projects. He is experienced in planning studies; floodplain analyses; river mechanics; bridge waterways analyses; levee and bank protection design; flood insurance studies; hydraulic structure design; and water quality permitting projects.
