My career path inside the mortgage business begins and ends with the end client. VIP Mortgage, Inc. focuses on outstanding customer service, ensuring the homeowner is well assisted and properly placed in the most strategic loan that is aligned with their financial future. In applying my background and knowledge gained from nearly 15 years within the investment world, we are able to further enhance mortgage planning to incorporate all aspects of an individual\'s lifestyle. Through effectively managing debt obligations, we can truly help our clients to meet their long term goals. Obviously every individual situation is unique; which is what I truly enjoy most about helping our clientele. It\'s fitting their specific needs with their overall goals. But in order to do so, as professionals, we need to do a better job connecting and aligning the mortgage industry with the advising world. Therefore truly helping the home borrower and average client with proper education and understanding in today\'s environment. Often times the debt side of the balance sheet is overlooked. yet it is mandatory to understand these obligations to determine the best path for a clients\' success.
