As the Executive Vice President of Wireless Engineering and Operations at Boost Mobile, where I lead the integration, engineering, and operations of the world’s first 5G Open RAN network in a public cloud. Prior to this, I was a key leader at DISH Technologies, managing teams in Denver, India, and across six national digital broadcast centers. My responsibilities included overseeing all systems that supported DISH’s satellite TV service, Fixed Satellite Services, IPTV, VOD, and Sling technology integration.With over 25 technical patents, I am a recognized industry veteran with extensive expertise in architecture, design, integration, engineering, and operations. My leadership and innovative work earned me and my team an Emmy Award in 2015 for Closed-loop Statistical Multiplexing of Geographically Distributed Encoders, which enabled the HD delivery of local broadcast stations.My career began in U.S. Air Force communications, followed by positions at Contel/GTE in Government Systems and GTE SpaceNet. I played a pivotal role in the integration, engineering, and operation of ground station systems for DISH’s satellite operations, including the launch of EchoStar I in 1995 and the expansion of DISH’s satellite uplink centers.I have served on many executive advisory boards and on regional Governor’s committees, earning numerous accolades throughout my career.
