   Responsibilities include field coordination with AT & T and all general contractors in the field for all sites. Coordinate bid meeting agendas and pre-bid meetings for individual sites. Assure that construction complies with drawings and specifications. Resolve conflicts and interference’s reported by (sub)contractors, engineering and SAC. Ensure that the project’s cost and schedule goals are met. Develop work authorizations (sub)contract change notices for out-of-scope work. Monitor (sub)contractor safety program. Support and monitors ES & H plans on projects, contribute as required to safety meetings and assessments. Ensure subordinates actively participate in ES & H programs and are committed to Overland Contracting Safety Philosophy. Schedule and document strict quality standards, process change orders, schedule and track all daily operations. Monitor site construction for quality compliance and 3rd party audits. Ensure all closeout packages are to client specifications.
