About Jeff McDole

I am an Indianapolis firefighter, and a coach/mentor to businesses. What I\'ve learned in my time is that no matter what service or product you offer in business, your business is people. My focus is to grow and lead people to be leaders. So our people take care of your people. I\'ve long thought my success will be measured by the people I help reach their goals. Not how profitable I make a company. While a company does, indeed, have to be profitable, I again focus on the profitability of our people. Invest in them and it should cultivate into more positives and successes.

   Big Iron Auto Shop is a content producing, auto shop. I work on vehicles and engines, and in the process document the work through videos in hopes to teach others. I grew up learning and working on older vehicles, so that is where my passion lies. I even prefer big block motors to small blocks, hence the name, Big Iron Auto Shop as I am BIAS to old, big iron!
