I am currently responsible for all operational aspects of the Fokker Aerotron business unit. Since accepting this position I have had the opportunity to have a significant influence on safety, compliance, operational and financial performance. During my tenure with Aerotron we recovered from significant regulatory compliance concerns to become a very sound and compliant business. We also developed an engaged work force that is focused on safety, compliance, customer satisfaction and profitability. The failing organization I found on arrival is now a profitable business that is becoming more competitive every day. Our goal is to become “That Company” and we are well on our way.
