As a Principal and Investment Consultant at Milliman, I help clients design and implement effective investment policies and strategies for their pension and retirement plans. I have over 25 years of experience in the field, and I hold several professional credentials, including Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), and Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC).My core competencies include Asset Liability Modeling (ALM) and Liability Driven Investment Strategies (LDI) for pension plans, asset allocation and portfolio optimization, as well as fiduciary oversight, investment manager due diligence, risk management and performance monitoring for various types of retirement plans, insurance and investment portfolios. I also work with investment committees to develop and maintain best practices for governance and risk management. I have authored several whitepapers and articles on these topics, and I have contributed to industry publications and reports. With pension and endowment funds, developing the asset allocation policy, manager searches, and oversight, and the assessment and development of and liability driven investment strategies.I regularly conduct Asset Liability Modeling (ALM) and implement Liability Driven Investment Strategies (LDI) for pension plans, benefit funds and corporations.Manager research, quantitative and qualitative, as well as building investment menus for DC plans and Liability Driven Investment portfolios for pension benefit plans and insurance companies.
