Responsible for amendments to California law on the Capital Investment Incentive Program (CA GOV §51298). Responsible for creation of the first-ever Capital Investment Incentive Programs in Los Angeles County, the City of Long Beach and the City of Palmdale. Co-managed the City of Los Angeles\'s first-ever citywide Adaptive Reuse Program, the development of the City of Los Angeles\'s first-ever $100M Affordable Housing Trust Fund, citywide development services cabinets and urban planning studies such as the citywide Industrial Development Policy Initiative. Managed the successful development of several new affordable housing projects using Low Income Housing Tax Credits while working for the following non-profit organizations: Abbey Road, Abode Communities, Los Angeles Housing Partnership, Penny Lane, and The Skid Row Housing Trust.
