   Beginning to lead this hotel in November of 2023, the hotel had been without a General Manager or oversite for 8 months, the concentration was to bring it out of pandemic operations and reopen the kitchen for breakfast and dinner services as well as fully reopen the bar. For the better part of my first year we were in clean up mode. I collected over in accounts receivables aged over one year. In doing so converted all accounts to credit card via Sertifi or ACH/Wire and paid close to in unpaid supplier invoices to return the hotel to good standing with our vendors. The hotel has a strong Heart of the House team with great leadership so housekeeping and maintenance stayed strong with solid scores. The Gallery team was in constant flux, and we continue to recruit and develop the right team and lead with the right people. This is also the first union property in my career, so there was a great deal of learning here as well. I hired a dynamic Director of Sales and the team immediately won back lost business as well as brought in new and we continue to win our street corner. Concentrations are lifting ADR in this market while continuing to win occupancy and RevPar while remaining #1 on Trip Advisor and prepare this hotel for a large renovation in Q1 of 2026. In August of 2024 we had our annual Hyatt QA and scored 91 (85 was the pass threshold). This was the first QA for the entire team. In September of 2025 we had our second QA and scored 94.1 with a pass threshold of 90. This hotel and team continue to grow and succeed.
