Throughout my tenure with Slalom, I have worked with clients from diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals (pharma), aerospace, high-tech, nonprofit, telecommunications, and retail with varying project timelines and statements of work (SOW) ranging from a few months to multiple years. I establish and nurture relationships with clients, and within and across workgroups to achieve results by demonstrating refined written and verbal communication. I am also a member of Toastmasters at Slalom. Internally within Slalom, I have also shepherded change and growth: • Established and organized the inaugural associate consultant bootcamp for team\'s practice. • Helped establish the Seattle chapter, in collaboration with HR, the LGBTQ Employee Resource Group, which began as a professional networking group and grown into more of an advocacy arm within the company. • Mentor recent college graduates who are new employees through “boot camp” program, meeting monthly for 6 months; teach courses on consulting best practices and serve as a trusted adviser to cohort.
