I am a licensed professional engineer in Florida, Louisiana and Texas with 25 years of experience water, wastewater and stormwater utilities. My experience includes designing, manufacturing and installation of fiberglass, polymer concrete, concrete pressure pipe, steel pipe and precast concrete structures. My expertise is in providing education and design assistance to Consulting Engineers and Owners as well technical support on pipeline projects through the design, construction documents and installation of projects.
