   I will be leading WW Commercial Education, Robotics & Digital Solutions for the Auris Monarch Platform. I will also be responsible for the development of a comprehensive training program for the internal teams commercializing additional robotics systems and tools. Working closely with regional partners and commercial leaders to develop learning continuums and deploy a global training program leveraging best practices in adult learning and state of the art technology platforms. Using metrics and data analytics to measure training effectiveness, I will look to continuously improve upon our best-in-class training programs, in partnership with colleagues in Global Education Solutions, as well as; external partners to co-create the learning strategy and ensure a high degree of execution consistency for future innovation launches with the Monarch systems and onboarding new hires.
