ABOUT JEFF LANGE

Throughout my career in financial services, I’ve focused on helping firms adapt, innovate, and deliver better outcomes for their clients. I regularly share ideas at conferences and webinars, speaking on how technology can create lasting value for both clients and advisers.As Group CEO of TFAS Enterprises, I lead a portfolio of businesses making their mark in the sector: TFAS Wealth, our remote advice arm; Inzuzo, which connects over £2.5bn of investable assets to advisers annually; and TFAS Compliance Services (TCS), delivering trusted regulatory support and shaping industry best practice.Through TCS, my work increasingly intersects with governmental policy and regulation—supporting firms to interpret, implement, and influence evolving standards across the financial landscape. This includes engaging with regulators, policymakers, and industry bodies to promote proportionate regulation that balances consumer protection with innovation.At the core of my work is a belief that integrity and innovation go hand in hand: driving continuous improvement, challenging the status quo, and fostering environments where great ideas thrive—while ensuring alignment with both the spirit and intent of regulatory frameworks that underpin a trusted financial system.
