About Jeff Kopocis

Twenty years experience specializing in utility-scale wind and solar energy projects throughout the United States. Projects have collectively encompassed over 11 gigawatts; wind projects have ranged in size from one turbine to nearly 400 turbines, and solar projects have ranged from 5 megawatts to 400 megawatts. Responsibilities have included working directly for the project developers, engineering and construction teams, and EPC contractors; preparing pre-construction site assessments, design for construction plans, coordinating with sub-consultants and external design teams, conducting field reviews for construction support and secondary containment requirements. Over twenty-five years design experience in municipal engineering, and land development. Responsibilities have included completing and managing site due diligence, estimating construction and development costs along with developing schedules, creating grading and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans evaluating environmental impacts, 404 permitting, designing storm sewer and drainage channels, designing sanitary sewer and pavement infrastructure, and the preparation of final construction documents and drawings for public bid.
