Lisa and I started Kleinschmidt Insurance Agency in 1992 and have never looked back. At ages 35, we started a career we knew nothing about and our hopes and dreams would either be made or broken. Thankfully, we merged our agency from captive status to independent agency owners about one month before 911. We felt as independent agency owners our possibilities would be endless. Its amazing how plenty of hard work,determination and passion for what we do will pay off if you just keep on keepin\' on! Work harder than the next guy!
