I am passionate about food! I enjoy creating food and supplements that are tasty, functional, and marketable. I love the innovation cycle and to create, eat, and repeat!My expertise lies in management and research and development with powdered supplements. I have helped to develop supplements targeting cognition, sports nutrition, weight loss, adaptogens, botanicals, healthy aging, beauty from within, protein drinks, greens drinks, antioxidant/anti inflammatory products, direct dissolves, etc. I have also worked with capsule formulation and have experience flavoring. In addition to formulating, I spend a significant amount of my time working with sales, quality, purchasing, manufacturing, and finance, in order to make sure that the finished product works in every department. I combine my experience in contract manufacturing, professional baking, and food manufacturing to create the right product at the right price. I am passionate about R&D and even more passionate about food!
