About Jeff Kittleson
I currently serve both investors and retailers in the execution of their real estate strategies, beginning my career in 1991.I joined CBRE in 2006 through the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company and previously served as a Vice President with CBRE’s Retail Advisory & Transaction practice in Dallas Fort-Worth, advising many retailers on their Dallas-Fort Worth expansion and leading project leasing for over 50 shopping centers.I love serving as a connector. By matching my partners and clients with the best resources of CBRE locally and nationally, I help build efficiency and save time in decision making. I also enjoy partnering with younger brokers on client assignments. In doing so, I have developed and mentored many careers. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife Debbie and our 3 adult children. Huge fans of the Mavs, Stars & Boston College. Specialties: Client development across markets; retailer representation across a broad spectrum – including big box and pad site users; agency leasing of box existing and new projects; anchor leasing of former fitness, mid-box, and department stores.
