I strive to use creativity to develop clear thought leadership, collaborate with others and motivate team members to deliver go-to-market strategies that generate awareness and drive demand for products and services while exceeding customers expectations. We live in a fast-paced, constantly changing world and I believe that it is marketing’s job to adapt quickly and stay ahead of the curve to guarantee success.I have a unique combination of left and right brain skills that allow me to be analytical and methodical as well as creative and intuitive. I have successfully managed budgets, schedules and production plans, plus guided the creative process, making effective design decisions and incorporating important design aesthetics that most effectively communicate and achieve the goals of any project.I embrace the ‘design thinking’ creative process and thrive on collaborating with others to execute each stage from ideation and brainstorming to the execution and fabrication of projects and/or events of any size. I encourage team members to think outside of the box and deliver projects that are creative, immersive and educational. I also enjoy working alongside team members, digging into the challenges and contributing or supporting others in anyway needed.When I am not at work, I enjoy designing and building most anything from custom furniture, to children’s playhouses for charity as well as home remodeling. I also share my time on charitable organization advisory boards and thoroughly enjoy teaching.
