Promoted to a more senior, client facing position in only 8 months. One year later, I was promoted to Vice President. Responsible for hiring and mentoring 6 property managers and senior property managers in the Northern and Central California, Nevada and Washington, with a portfolio of over 48 centers. Continued property manager responsibilities as outlined below for a key set of properties where ownership requires senior level interaction. Also contributing to new business development, bringing 4 new assignments to the company in my first year, including assisting with buyer’s due diligence, lease management, talent positioning, contract management and tenant relations.
