About Jeff Kennemer

I have been involved in the acquisition, financing, asset management, and development of numerous office and land development projects, including a 600 acre mixed use project in Las Colinas, a 285 acre mixed use development in Southlake, and a 7 million sf portfolio of office buildings in the Southwest US. Residential developments include Carillon, Riverside Village, Lakes of Las Colinas, the Villas of Mustang Park, Estancia, Terraces at Las Colinas, Milrany Ranch, Saddle Star and Lakeside at Tessera. The projects I am currently working on developing include Furst Ranch in Flower Mound and Redden Farms in Midlothian. My education and experience includes a BBA from Stephen F. Austin State University, an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, CPA certification, and service as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.
