   Recently moved into a new Manager position on this Team, now covering Inventory Management for the Disposables, Beverage, and Chemical Categories.Managing 10 Inventory Analysts on this Team, who focus on Purchase Order expediting, moving Aged & Obsolete Inventory, and Inventory Management tasks. Coordinated with other Teams within Sysco to fast-track adding updates to vendor data in AS400 Enterprise System. This resulted in the ability to have faster recovery on products to the Sysco Sites nationally.Worked with Customer-Focused Teams to change how some Sales Requests to the SCIM Team are handled. This change is resulting in a reduction of follow-up questions, reducing the workload on Inventory Analysts.Previously managed 7 Planners and 5 Inventory Analysts over Sysco\'s ReDistribution Network.Improved the Annual Review Rating of one Analyst from “Inconsistent” to “Exceeds Expectations” in one year, by working with Analyst to improve change management and improve organization abilities. Held weekly meetings with the Analyst to discuss changes needed, and reviewed successes throughout the year.Created a Return Process impacting 34 Sysco Sites, cooperating with multiple Teams at the Sites and Sysco’s ReDistribution Center. The RDC Return Process resulted in over $1 million dollars of A&O inventory being redistributed out to Sites across the RDC Network in the first six months of implementation.
