I manage the Code Compliance business unit at Altisource with a team of 30, including multiple levels of reports. I actively focus on department reporting/scorecarding across all KPIs to ensure a compliant-centric environment. My responsibilities include improving department process/procedures to reduce impacted inventory. The code compliance team works both on pre-foreclosure and REO properties and engages with municipalities, clients, vendors, bid review team, non-profits and counsel to mitigate risk on code violations. I have managed the remote field team (team of 20+) as well as the hazard insurance process. I also manage portfolio of complex REO assets, working with internal/external stakeholders to work towards bringing properties to marketable condition.
