My areas of expertise include employee benefit plan audits as well as compensation and employee benefits tax matters. During my career, I have performed plan audit and/or tax review/consulting services for over different companies with plan asset bases ranging from five hundred thousand to six billion.

   As a Partner in Frazier & Deeter\'s Employee Benefit Plan Services Group I offer public and private companies plan audit knowledge combined with a strong ERISA and plan operations background. This combination provides a full service product to clients, covering virtually all aspects of a company\'s employee benefit plan. During my career, I have performed plan audit and/or tax review/consulting services for over 800 different companies with plan asset bases ranging from five hundred thousand to five billion. I also consults with clients to ensure that the compliance and structure of their plans are appropriate and in line with the overall business strategy.
