About Jeff Jackson
I began the Continuous Improvement journey in 2006. I have been apart of many changing processes along the way with Kroger Manufacturing. Part of this process, included training other associates in a Fast Track Continuos Improvement process. I have sucessfully trained three other associates within our enterprise. I am now a part of our new journey called Total Process Control. This process invovles a 5-step deployment model developed by our consulting partner, Incito. This includes leading 180+ associates through value-stream mapping process, Kaizen events, Gemba, and Kamishibai processes.
