ABOUT JEFF WALSH

As a dedicated father of three, I strive to cultivate a home enriched with traditional Christian values, laughter, independence, and a strong work ethic. Our family enjoys activities like boxing, jiu-jitsu, gymnastics, and horse riding, and we embrace adventures across Canada, active in hunting, fishing, and canoeing.Professionally, my journey spans over two decades across diverse sectors:*Commercial Construction: 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial construction as a carpenter.*Custom Cabinetry: 3 years as the owner; designing, building and installing custom cabinetry and millwork.*Oil and Gas: 12+ years, with 8 years in project and operations management.*Agriculture: 3 years focusing on cattle production and pasture management with an emphasis on regenerative agriculture and rotational grazing.In recent years, I\'ve had the privilege of working on a bison ranch and applying my knowledge to ranch operations and pasture management on nearly acres of reclaimed land at Syncrude.Currently, I serve as the Director and co-owner of GOAT Elite Expediting, offering trucking and hotshot services throughout Western Canada, catering to the Oil Sands, construction, and agriculture industries.Since 2022, I\'ve been the owner and CEO of Tactical Insight LTD, providing project management services across Oil and Gas, Agriculture, and Construction sectors.My passion outside of work is Youth Ministry. Since 2017 I have volunteered with Youth With a Mission as a Christian youth leader and this past year I began volunteering with Catholic Youth Ministry. The vocation has grown and led me to run as a nominee for Catholic school board Trustee, which I was successfully voted in and sworn in this past October. It is an honour and a privilege to represent the families in our district. My diverse experiences reflect a commitment to excellence, adaptability, and community engagement. I\'m always open to connecting with like-minded professionals and exploring new opportunities.
