Defined target market, identifying potential customers & selling 20-year contracts to schools, religious institutions, medical facilities, museums, municipal agencies, & other nonprofits.• Negotiated complex agreements with equipment, installation, & service vendors to purchase, maintain, & service on-site solar power generation systems, with 24x7 monitoring for operational efficiencies.• Hired & manage operations, administration staff & a team of highly qualified suppliers, attorneys, financial modelers, & marketing, web development, & photography professionals.• Manage customer acquisition activities including board of directors’ meetings & community presentations; oversee all construction phases for energy efficiency, solar & roofing projects, including assessment, installation, & quality control, completing 100% of projects signed.• Founding Halo Energy Partners in 2021 for nationwide expansion, conducted market research to understand state-by-state regulations, tax implications, & energy pricing.
