Developing a comprehensive measurement program for OWL. Calibrate and repair various brands of MAG, Ultrasonic and Turbine meters covering several areas in West Texas and S.E. New Mexico. Train new measurement techs on operational measurement. Built top level measurement team. Oversee crude oil recovery and sales for Permian Basin. Work hand in hand with engineering and accounting to develop systems for proper measurement systems and balancing monthly figures. Work closely with production clients to insure fairness and follow ASTM and API standards. I am also a voting member of several API COLM committees.
