I have been responsible for conceptualizing and directing the definition of complex projects, selecting sources and monitoring results. I direct the most complex processes and technical support to production, marketing, sales, and other departments. I direct the activities for global projects, including project organization, definition, planning, implementation and control. I conceptualize and direct the development of the most complex technology design theory and procedures. I create/conceptualize new systems, programs, or products with significant business impact. I develop and manage program/project budgets and business plans for large, global complex projects. I analyze the effectiveness of policies/products and establishes future direction for programs or products that affect the company as a whole; I align policies/products and development efforts with company strategies. I work with resouce managers to identify resource needs. I troubleshoot and resolve extremely complex problems within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas. Responsible for overall success of project within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas.
