I somehow found myself in this profession, and you know what, I love it and I’m very good at it. I consider myself a recruiter, private investigator, research specialist, data miner, and relationship builder.I love strategizing on new and difficult searches. I love partnering with Hiring Managers to determine what skill set we need, what companies we should pull from, and the type of personality and soft skills needed that will allow an individual to thrive on their team.I have been recruiting technical professionals for the past 10 years and have a track record of success. I’ve been able to add a number of new skill sets to my belt over the past 3 years, recruiting on senior level marketing roles, corporate positions across all departments, and some high-volume roles.Outside of work, I’m passionate about family, dogs, Kentucky Wildcat sports (football too), snowboarding, the beach, cycling, golf, bourbon, exercising, craft beer, and hanging out with friends.
