Lead, on-site startup support for the FLRAA (Future Long Range Assault Aircraft) fuselage assembly plant. Developed the factory floor layout, developed a workforce requirements model, and facilitating operations startup planning and executing on projects to establish readiness for production in 2025. Facilitating project working group meetings with Facilities Engineering, IT, Security, Logistics, EHS, and Build Planning. Coordinating with Facilities Engineering and construction contractors to refurbish the facility office and manufacturing space for operations.
