Manage a team providing consultative advisory suite of services for learning and development which include consultation, planning, strategy, content suggestions, and logistics for courses and curricula, including local, remote, teleconferences, and global delivery training needs assessments, job analysis, exam development, determining the knowledge/skill/abilities required for organizational effectiveness, competency gaps, and curriculum audits/development.Conduct a variety of program management services on all projects, including strategic planning assistance, assessment of program strengths and weaknesses, and risk analysis.
