I am in charge of all Video Head End functions including Installation and provisioning of receivers, Installation and provisioning of the RGB VMG-14\'s and the DVEO Brutus\', used for trans-rating and trans-coding of all video. Cabling and fiber optic installation in the Head End, Network management and monitoring using Orion Solarwinds, verification and tuning of signal on Simulsat 5 and Parabolic Satellite dish\'s, and many more tasks associated with the Video Head End.I am also the ISP Foreman over a crew of six Central Office Network Technicians and five Customer Support Specialists. In my role of Security Specialist I am one of the individuals involved in keeping our ISP secure and as free from attack as possible. I have an arsenal of security appliances and systems at my disposal that I utilize to monitor our network 24/7/365.
