ABOUT JEFF HARRIS
I am a Partner in Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk and Transactions practice and also the Founder and Leader of Deloitte Canada’s Sport Business Advisory Group, which encompasses clients in professional sports, gaming and esports, media, the national sport system, international sports federations, lotteries, iGaming/sport betting operators, sport technology firms, private equity, venue owner/operators and public sector. In this role I am responsible for developing the group strategy, building market offerings, and constructing cross-enterprise teams from Deloitte to support our clients navigate the forces which are shaping the future of the industry. From a delivery perspective, my work with our clients in the sport business industry typically focuses on growth strategy, revenue diversification, financial/commercial due diligence, customer engagement, economic analysis, business case development, operating model design and governance, and asset/portfolio review.I graduated, with distinction, from the Honors Business Administration (HBA) program at the Richard Ivey School of Business, am Director for the Ontario Para Network, and a Mentor for the Relay Ventures X TMU Future of Sport Lab.
