In most cases the issue isn’t hiring it’s how leadership is structured, supported, and held consistent across buildings. I spend most of my time working with operators to stabilize leadership and clinical execution across regions so performance becomes repeatable. The work tends to center around: • Where turnover patterns are repeating across buildings • Where onboarding and support are breaking down • The hidden cost of instability (agency, overtime, survey exposure, census drag) When those pieces stabilize, roles stop reopening and operations become far more predictable.
