Working with the Social Impact team at World Education Services, I provide research, policy analysis, and program technical assistance to advance the economic and social integration of immigrants in the U.S. My projects have included:• Leading the \"Bridges to Teaching for Immigrants and Refugees\" project, strengthening programs and policies that support pathways into teaching for internationally trained educators, working with teams in four states and two cities• Technical support for partners in WES GTB\'s Supporting Immigrant Inclusion Project (SIIP), which works with statewide and regional immigrant inclusion networks around the country to reduce career barriers for immigrants and refugee with international credentials and work experience• In partnership with the Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition, providing policy research and advocacy to reduce licensing barriers for immigrant health professionals in Massachusetts and strengthen medical services in underserved areas
