Work with a cross functional team within the Nationwide Financial arm of annuity development. Develop, design and create digital assets for fully interactive training modules that are used for training, sales development and product knowledge. Work hand in hand with internal SME’s to identify training gaps and needs assessments and develop a training plan to address them. Strive to break the mold of “typical” finance training norms and introduce new and creative solutions to create higher levels of buy-in and engagement within all modes of final product training deliverables. Extensive hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, Character Animator and After Effects.
