About Jeff Goldschmidt

I am passionate about succeeding in my field and gaining the most experiences possible in my passions of Supply Chain and Marketing. However, I am also greatly interested in three main areas of focus and involvement which include, but are not limited to Leadership, Service, and Globalism. Leadership is something I devoted myself to studying. I was a Leadership Minor at Ohio State, was in a selective scholars group on campus dedicated to leadership and service called Mount Leadership Society, and I was in the first cohort of Fisher Leaders in the business school and in the top 1% as a Pacesetter. With this, I held executive positions within Fisher as the representative for the third year class in the Undergraduate Business Council and was the President of the largest organization in the business school- Fisher Citizenship Program. At Cardinal Health, I was in a three-year, rotational leadership development program called EMERGE and served as a Supply Chain Supervisor for two years leading/mentoring teams ranging from 15-30. Service is also something I am devoted to as I\'ve accomplished over 750 hours since high school. Besides having been a site leader with FisherCARES (the business service group), I also planned and implemented a year-long, 75 hour service project dedicated to two agencies of my choice dealing with tutoring/poverty alleviation and animal welfare. These are social justice issues I continue to support today. Thirdly, an understanding of a growing international world was crucial to my undergrad experience at Ohio State. This perspective and culture enhancement is so important to me. I interned in Australia with United Technologies my 2nd year and went on a trip to Europe visiting top business companies my freshman year. I long to see the connections of a global economy and learn how to link vast networks within companies with technologies- specifically now in Supply Chain. I focus on careers with a purpose from which I can draw passion, while still being able to pave my own unique path. This is what brought me from Ohio to Cardinal Health in Seattle. And now, this same mindset is what has grown me to perform as a PM for one of the world\'s largest companies in my current role at Amazon.
