ABOUT JEFF GLASS
I represent business owners and managers, sometimes by myself and often collaborating with my partners at SmithAmundsen, which is a full-service law firm. Much of my clients\' day-to-day needs involve employment issues, which I personally handle with my colleagues in our Labor & Employment Practice Group. Another area my clients frequently need my assistance with is drafting, reviewing and litigating contracts. I also have a lot of experience drafting and enforcing non-compete agreements and litigating related claims for breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition.
