The Senior Director of Operations - Special Projects is responsible for leading and overseeing the standardized deployment of base day to day operations for both HBS and CBS/ADM bases including new base openings, moves, construction and closures. The role will work cross functionally with the Customer Experience, and COE Leadership to ensure optimal safe and compliant operations. Will collaborate with multiple related departments and functions to define and measure successful execution of projects. Independent direction and decisions will have a significant impact on the overall initial and on-going base/project success.

ABOUT JEFF GLADDEN
As an Area Manager, I am responsible for the oversight of Seven bases in Northern Arizona with the Guardian Air Program. I Coordinate aviation, and maintenance services for the bases within my assigned area, to perform successfully to operational, safety, and financial metrics. Decisions and actions support the overall company strategy and mission, while supporting a customer focused mentality through account management. I support the operations through day to day leadership, focused on building an optimal culture at the local base level that exemplifies the AMC core values and mission. I support safety and quality operations which are paramount in all Air Methods Corp. operations.
