Jeff joined Seneca in 2005 and has 30 years of construction and development management experience. Jeff currently is the Principal for Amazon.com’s development of HQ2 in Arlington, VA. HQ2 consists of over 5 million square feet of Class A office towers and a world class iconic structure – “The Helix”. In addition, Jeff provides Principal leadership on the landmark Lord and Taylor building located in Manhattan, NY, which is being converted to Class A office. Prior to this Jeff provided leadership for the development of over 5 million square feet of Class A office towers in Seattle’s Denny Triangle for Amazon.com. Other past projects include work for the University of Washington, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Starbucks, and Horizon House. Jeff’s prior experience includes project entitlement, master planning, strategic planning and development for a healthcare organization and construction project management.He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University.
