I have significant experience interacting with and advising senior management including C-Level executives.Core Strengths Commercial Contracts - Served as lead counsel to Supply Chain Management in support of a capital budget in excess of $3 billion dollars. Negotiated strategically valuable agreements that allowed the organization to execute on its development plans. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)/Acquisitions and Divestitures (A&D)- Supported the acquisition and divestment of oil and gas properties, and assets in the range of $25-200 million dollars. Supported the divestment of the company\'s pressure pumping assets, well services assets and mining assets. Risk Management - Advised risk management in the evaluation of indemnity claims and changes in law that could create potential coverage issues. Worked with external insurance brokers in the design of maintenance of an insurance program. Upstream Oil and Gas - Provide counsel and transactional legal support for upstream oil and gas development, including the drafting and negotiation of exchange agreements, negotiation of oil and gas leases, assignments, surface use agreements, real estate purchase agreements, deeds and regulatory support regarding Railroad Commission matters. Renewable Energy - Provide legal support in the development and growth of Pioneer\'s wind and solar renewable energy portfolio. Participated in the development of a 140 MW wind generation project in Midland County. Oilfield Services - Served as lead attorney and advisor on all legal matters to Pioneer\'s Pressure Pumping Company, Well Services Company and Midstream Water Management company. Provided corporate secretarial duties for these companies including the review of board of directors materials and drafting/review of board minutes. Securities- Assists with the review of the company\'s quarterly/annual SEC filings (10Q, 10K).
